If your order has yet to arrive by the expected delivery date, the first thing to do is check your tracking information.

Usually, the courier has made repeated delivery attempts, but no one was home to receive the parcel.  They should have left a card explaining what to do next. This is usually either collecting the item from their depot or arranging a re-delivery.

If you do not have this card, please get in touch with the courier to find out what they require from you to complete the delivery.  You will need your tracking number for them to locate your parcel.
