Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your order once you've gotten an email from us with your tracking information. This includes the following:

  • Changing the item
  • Delivery/billing address
  • Adding items to your order
  • Shipping method

If you have yet to receive your tracking information, we may be able to make a change, but this is not guaranteed as the order may already be in the shipping process.  We will try our best!

If the order has already gone out or we cannot change it, you'll need to follow our returns process. || Check this out here.

*IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THE ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER.*
